Applications open from Monday 3rd April 2017.

 

All applications must be received NO LATER than Friday 28th July 2017.

 

Payment MUST be included with your Application or it will not be considered.


Current payment methods accepted:


  • Bank Deposit (preferred method)
  • Cash (we advise against posting cash in the mail)
  • Cheque
  • Money Order

 

There are three ways to submit your form:


1. Right click on the attached PDF and save to your desktop.

Open form and fill it out and save as a PDF.

Attach it to your email and send to: info@eastorangevillagemarkets.com.au

For stall holders paying via bank deposit payments only.


2. Print form and fill it out, then scan and send COMPLETE Pages 1, 2 (if applicable) and 4 to above email address

3. Print form and fill it out, then post or hand deliver to:

If you have any problems with submitting your form, please collect a hard copy from the school (see above address) between 9am and 3pm school days.
