Stall Application

Applications open Monday 9th April 2018.

All applications must be received NO LATER

than Friday 10th August 2018.


This year there are a few changes to the way we are taking applications and payments. Please bear with us while we adjust to the new system. Applications will be taken online and an invoice will be sent to request stall payments.

But please don't worry! We will be close by if there's anything you need help with, just send us a message through our Facebook page or via the Contact Page.


TIPS FOR ONLINE APPLICATIONS

Please note: The software used for online applications is not yet optimised for use on mobile devices. If you are having issues please try to complete form on a computer.

Most issues are often caused by superseded internet browsers or server time-outs.

Up-to-date browsers such Google Chrome or Firefox should all be compatible with our system and are free to download.

Time-outs are caused by applicants having their online form open for too long while they gather all the required information and attachments. To get around the issue of time-outs, we suggest the following procedure:


Open the application form.

Copy the questions into a new word processing document, or print yourself a copy of the form

Prepare & type your answers into this word processing document

Organise your photos and Public Liability documentation into a new folder (no larger than 2MB)

Re-open the online application form and copy & paste your answers into the form

Upload your photos & documents

Agree to the terms & conditions

Submit the form


Hint: Public libraries can scan documents and photos if required. You could also take a memory card with you and complete the application form there.

You will receive an email copy of your application form. If you do not receive this email, then you may have mis-typed your email address. If this is the case, please contact our Markets Manager as soon as possible so it can be rectified.


 

Please print out a copy of your application form. If your application is successful, you will be required to use the first & last name supplied on your application form for direct debit purposes, and when you bump in on market day. You will also receive further information from us via the email address & mobile phone number you have supplied on the form - so please make sure these are all correct.
